Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management (PCMM) is a unit within the Controller’s Office, which reports up to the Division of Finance and Administration (DFA) at Oregon State University. Our department strives to uphold and practice DFA’s Vision, Mission and Values and their guiding principles in support of the university’s core values of accountability, diversity, integrity, respect, and social responsibility. PCMM supports a respectful work environment that welcomes diversity and inclusion for all individuals.
Procurement, Contract Services, Construction Contract Administration, eProcurement and Accounts Payable assists, advises and provides oversight to OSU Colleges, Departments and Business Centers in meeting their procurement and contracting needs, including providing leadership and internal controls for year-end closing, payments, and travel. Materials Management provides university oversight for Campus Recycling and Surplus Property.
