USPA
This is the "current" home page of the USPA; at some point we will move it to our own server. This page is (frequently) under construction. I hope to have more things working shortly and the information here should be (more) correct. If you see something wrong, please email me and I will get to it.

Purpose:

The University Surplus Property Association (USPA) was formed over a couple years, starting in 1999. It is comprised of Surplus Property Managers and employees from colleges and universities around the USA and Canada. . At our 2003 conference in April in Tucson, AZ we elected officers, and created a set of bylaws, becoming an official nonprofit organization in 2004. We welcome input from all surplus managers.
