General Public Sales

The general public is provided the opportunity to purchase OSU surplus property through OSUsed stores, online auctions and sealed bids.

Equipment not acquired by OSU departments, state and local governments, and non-profit organizations with a 501c3 status is offered for sale to the general public in one of the following ways:

On-line Auctions

OSUsed Stores

OSU offers to the general public a garage sale format to purchase surplus items at a set price.

Sealed Bids
