OSU Online Auction Terms and Conditions


  1. Buyer must be registered, and in good standing with Internet vendors. Buyer must be of legal age to bid.
  2. OSU reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to sell any part or all of the offered property to OSU departments, state and local governments and non-profit organizations with a 501c3 status, prior to the end of the sale.
  3. Successful bidder must notify OSU, with name, shipping address and phone number within THREE working days after the end of the sale.
  4. Buyer is responsible for paying process charges and buyer premium (when applicable), shipping and insurance charges when necessary.
  5. OSU will calculate shipping cost and notify customer of total charges within five working days.
  6. Customer has ten working days to pay for the item once OSU has notified the buyer with the total amount due.
  7. OSU will ship the item within five working days of payment, or the customer can pickup the item at our location.
  8. OSU accepts cash, cashier checks, money orders, and certified checks, Visa or MasterCard.
  9. OSU makes no warranty expressed or implied as to the quality, weight, size or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose. All property is offered for sale "as is, where is, with no guarantee".
